Thiyagarajan GM

Thiyagarajan is a Sustainability Professional with over a decade of experience in energy efficiency, green buildings, and industrial sustainability across India.

He has held leadership roles with organizations such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII - Green Business Centre), L&T Construction, and JLL, contributing to large-scale sustainability programs and supporting organizations in achieving compliance and performance objectives.

With experience spanning 250+ projects, his expertise includes Green Building Certifications (IGBC, LEED, GRIHA), GreenPro & Green Steel Certifications, Energy Audits, GHG Accounting, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

He has worked with leading organizations and landmark developments such as Delhi International Airport, Indian International Convention Centre, SAIL, Vedanta Group, DLF, and Brookfield, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, sustainability performance, and regulatory compliance.

His Professional Accreditation includes BEE - Certified Energy Auditor, IGBC - AP, GRIHA - CP, GreenPro Consultant and Assessor, Lead GHG Verifier
